There are several types of foods should be avoided during pregnancy because they can cause infections such as;      salmonella, toxoplasmosis, listeria, E. coli, which can harm your unborn baby.
• Jangan makan daging mentah (sushi) atau yang dimasak kurang matang, karena mengandung Toksoplasmosis sebuah parasit yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi serius pada janin anda dan juga E.coli, yang berbahaya bagi ibu hamil dan janin.
• Toxoplasmosis found in vegetables are not washed properly, therefore wash your vegetables well, especially for salads or vegetables are eaten raw. Avoid cat feces or playing with cats during pregnancy because they contain toxoplasmosis.
